As the owner of The Other 85, a professional development firm focusing on the other 85% needed to succeed (the first 15% being technical skills), Stephanie is a pro at virtual meetings, and has 5 succinct tips for making these now ubiquitous parts of our lives inclusion-enhancing. Not limited to this context, I particularly liked her universal principal, "the longer it goes on, the less people care ..." So true.
